Answer Dr. King’s Call to Serve: Support CT Foodshare on the Day of Good Deeds

Please join us Saturday, January 17th at Coles Road Brewing for Grassroots Berlin’s Second Annual Day of Good Deeds, inspired by the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his belief that communities are strengthened when we give back and care for one another.
As part of this event, Grassroots Berlin is proud to spotlight CT Foodshare—alongside three other local nonprofit organizations—each doing vital work to support our neighbors and strengthen our community.
Food insecurity remains a critical issue across Connecticut. Donations made through this page will support CT Foodshare’s mission to provide reliable access to nutritious food for children, families, and seniors throughout the state.
Grassroots Berlin’s mission is simple: to bring people together, shine a light on the good happening locally, and create meaningful opportunities to support organizations making a real difference.
Event Highlights:
GUEST SPEAKERS • FOOD TRUCK ON SITE • PRIZES FOR IN-PERSON DONORS
Can’t attend the event? Additional details will be shared on how you can still participate and give back virtually. Please visit www.grassrootsberlin.com for more information.
❗ All proceeds raised during the Day of Good Deeds are donated directly to the participating organizations, including CT Foodshare ❗
Thank you for helping honor Dr. King’s legacy through compassion, service, and community action.
